Philadelphia, PA-- The St. Mary's Women's Rowing Team competed in their second race of the fall season today (Oct. 29) at the Head of the Schuylkill regatta in Philadelphia, PA. The Seahawks competed against several Division I, Division II and Division III programs from all over the country. Most notably, the Seahawks matched up against MARC rivals Catholic, Franklin & Marshall, Stockton, Bryn Mawr, and MariettaÂ
How it Happened:

The Seahawks came in 44th in the women's championship fours race with an adjusted time of 16:35. St. Mary's finished in front of fellow MARC member Catholic who finished in 48thÂ

In the women's club championship eights race, the Seahawks came in 17th, completing the race in 13:55. St. Mary's was able to finish in front of MARC opponents Stockton, Catholic, and Marietta. The Seahawks also placed third overall across all division III participants, which earned them a medal.Â
