  • Seahawks Play to 1-1 Draw Against Swarthmore

    St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer (5-0-1) traveled to Swarthmore College to take on the Garnet (5-0-1) on Wednesday (Sept. 18) night in non-conference action. Both teams entered the contest with a perfect 5-0 record and played to a 1-1 draw.
  • Men’s Soccer Checks in at No. 24 in Latest D3Soccer.com National Rankings

    D3Soccer.com released its latest national poll on Tuesday (Sept. 17) and the St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team checked in as the 24th ranked team in the country. The Seahawks moved up one spot up from last week’s poll. In addition, St. Mary’s College enters this week as the fifth ranked team in the United Soccer Coaches South Atlantic Region rankings.
  • Men’s Soccer Remains Perfect with Convincing Victory Over Stevenson

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team (5-0) remained perfect on the season with a convincing 4-1 victory over the visiting Stevenson University Mustangs (3-2-1) on Saturday (Sept. 14) afternoon.
  • Men’s Soccer Breaks into D3Soccer.com National Rankings

    St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer broke into the D3Soccer.com national rankings this week, coming in as the 25th ranked team in NCAA Division III. The Seahawks make their first appearance in the top 25 this season and were last ranked during the 2003 season, where they were ranked 24th in the country. In addition, the Seahawks come in at seventh in the United Soccer Coaches South Atlantic Regional Rankings.
  • Balogun Grabs Second Consecutive CAC Offensive Player of the Week Honor

    St. Mary's College of Maryland senior forward Khalid Balogun was named the Capital Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced today (Sept. 9). The is Balogun’s second consecutive CAC Offensive Player of the Week honor.
  • Seahawks Remain Undefeated with Victory Over Kean

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team (4-0) remained undefeated with a sound 2-0 victory over the visiting Kean University Cougars (3-2) on Sunday (Sept. 8) afternoon in the Seahawk Classic.
  • Men’s Soccer Improves to 3-0 with Victory Over Bridgewater

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team improved to 3-0 with a convincing 4-1 victory over the visiting Bridgewater College Eagles (1-1) on Saturday (Sept. 7) afternoon. The Seahawks earned the victory in the Seahawks Classic after the Jamie L. Roberts Stadium Dedication.

    St. Mary’s College of Maryland senior forward Khalid Balogun was named the Capital Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced today (Sept. 3). This is Balogun’s first player of the week selection this season.
  • Seahawk Men’s Soccer Upends No. 18 Carnegie Mellon in Elmer Lord Tournament

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team (2-0) upended the No. 18 Carnegie Mellon Tartans (1-1) 3-2 in the Elmer Lord Tournament on Saturday (Aug. 31) afternoon. The victory over the Tartans was the first win over a ranked opponent since the 2017 season when the Seahawks knocked off No. 16 Mary Washington.
  • Strong Second Half Pushes Seahawks to Dominant Victory Over Gallaudet

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team (1-0) opened up their 2019 campaign on Friday (Aug. 30) afternoon against Gallaudet (0-1) in the Elmer Lord Tournament. The Seahawks used four second half goals to push themselves to the dominant victory.
  • St. Mary's College Men's Soccer Selected Second in CAC Preseason Poll

    The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team was selected to finish second in the 2019 Capital Athletic Conference Preseason Poll, the league announced today (Aug. 29). The Seahawks advanced to the CAC Tournament Championship game last season where they fell to Mary Washington 1-0.
