Seahawk Women's Lacrosse Ranked No. 24 in IWLCA Poll

St. Mary's City, Md. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's lacrosse team dropped three spots in the second regular-season edition of the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III Coaches Poll, falling to No. 24.

St. Mary's fell a few spots following tough losses to then-No. 15 The Catholic University of America, who moved up to No. 11 this week, and Dickinson College. The Seahawks lost 16-10 to Catholic mid-week before suffering a 15-10 setback to Dickinson at the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame in Sparks, Md.

The Seahawks are headed to Los Angeles, Calif., next week for Spring Break. St. Mary's will take on Occidental College on Tuesday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. (PDT) and then face No. 9 Franklin & Marshall College on Thursday, March 15 at 11:00 a.m. (PDT) on Occidental's campus.

When St. Mary's returns, they'll host Roanoke College at Seahawk Stadium on Sunday, March 18 at 2:00 p.m.
