Victor Parsley joined the St. Mary's College cross country and track & field coaching staff in June 2021 as an assistant coach.

Parsley arrived in St. Mary's City after spending three years as an assistant coach with the men's and women's track & field programs at Post University in Waterbury, Conn. While at Post, Parsley coached two Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) champions and 24 All-CACC athletes.

Prior to his stop at Post, Parsley coached at the Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, Conn., from 2016-19. He coached the 2017-18 Gatorade Connecticut Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year, Alexis Holmes, while helping six athletes garner All-America recognition. Before Cheshire, Parsley coached at Christ the King High School in Queens, N.Y., from 2012-15.

As an athlete at Division II University of New Haven, he competed in the 100m and 200m as well as the long Jump, 4x100, and 4x400 and was a two-year team captain as a junior and senior. Parsley picked up 18 All-Northeast honors while twice being named All-New England.
