2016: Team captain ... Ran in all eight meets ... Scored in all but three meets for the Seahawks ... Was the No. 2 finisher at Division II/III Challenge (Kutztown, Sept. 17) and Stockton Osprey Open (Sept. 24) ... Season-best time of 26:21 at Hood Open (Oct. 15) ... Season-best finish of 36th at Dickinson Light Up the Night (Sept. 1).

2015: Team captain ... Saw action in all but one meet ... Scored for the Seahawks in seven meets, mainly as No. 4 runner ... Season-best time and finish of 26:29.5 and 31st at Hood Open (Oct.17) ... Finished as St. Mary's No. 3 runner at DeSales Invitational (Oct. 10).

2014: Competed in five of the seven meets during the 2014 season ... Season-best time of 24:44.12 at the Salisbury Fall Classic ... Placed in the top 20 once ... Season-best finish of 19th at the Seahawks Invitational held at St. Mary's.

Best SMCM Sports Moment: I think my favorite XC moment thus far would be the CAC Championship race my sophomore year. I had recently gotten injured and hadn't been able to prepare as well as I would have liked to. In the end, it was one of my best races and I ran over a minute faster than my goal time.
