2021: Finished 29th at United East Championships (Lancaster Bible) with 6k personal-best of 31:35.5 (Oct. 30) ... 5k personal-record of 25:53.0 at Hood Open (Oct. 16) ... 4k personal-best of 22:39.8 at Towson Invitational (Sept. 4).

Why St. Mary's College?: I was born and raised in the same town and I wanted out from the toxic environment that the town breeds and feeds. I chose to move north and felt that St. Mary's had room for me to grow as a person and an athlete.
