Lisa Proffer joined the Seahawks athletics department in April 2025. Proffer brought over 25 years of experience specializing in office management, employee benefits administration, public relations, and process optimization.

Most recently, the Hollywood, Md., native honed her skills at two law firms in Waldorf and Towson, serving in the positions of office administrator and human resources administrator. She gained valuable knowledge as well as the administrative assistant to the Business Office at the Gilman School in Baltimore from 2014 to 2016.
