St. Mary's City, Md. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's soccer team generated plenty of offense Sunday afternoon but could not find the back of the net in falling 1-0 to Stevenson University.

How It Happened
- St. Mary's outshot the Mustangs, 9-6, in the first half but Tiffany McKee was up to the challenge coming up with five first-half stops.
- Marissa Inglisa gave Stevenson an early 1-0 lead at 10:16 as Brianna Christie sent in a cross from the left side to far post where Inglisa high-kneed it into the top left corner for her second of the season.
- The Seahawks dominated the second half with a 16-5 shot advantage but McKee denied 11 of those attempts to preserve the clean sheet for SU.

- Today was Stevenson's seventh all-time win over the Seahawks as St. Mary's now holds a 14-7-1 record over the Mustangs.
