Box Score St. Mary's City, MD-- The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's basketball team (12-12) completed their regular season with a win this afternoon (Feb. 19) against Penn State Berks (0-22). Before the games, seniors Chyna Landon, Kierra Johnson, Cameron Mangold, and Cassidy Kupchinskas were recognized for their dedication to St. Mary's College of Maryland on the court, in the classroom, and within the community.

- The Seahawks were able to keep their foot on the gas coming out of the locker room. Cassidy Kupchinskas knocked down a three-pointer right out of the gate to set the tone early in the quarter. Karon Williams continued to be a great facilitator, finding Kylie Wells for a nice layup to finish out the quarter. St. Mary's led 48-25.

St. Mary's went on to win 61-38. The Seahawks shot just under 40% from the field and over 35% from beyond three-point land. It was an overall great offensive performance that saw 12 different players in the scoring column for St. Mary's. The Seahawks were able to punch their ticket to the United East conference tournament with the victory.
