LATHAM, N.Y. – Senior Seth Jones (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore Polytechnic Institute) was named to the 2022 United East Conference Men's Basketball All-Sportsmanship Team as announced by the conference office Tuesday morning.
 
The nine-member United East All-Sportsmanship Team recognizes student-athletes who epitomize the ideals of sportsmanship. Student-athletes selected to the All-Sportsmanship Team demonstrate fair play, graciousness in victory and respectfulness in defeat. Everyone has been chosen by their coach as a representative who embodies the Division III spirit.
 
Jones played in all 23 games for the Seahawks, earning a starting role for the final 12 games of the season. The 5-11 guard averaged 6.1 points and 1.7 rebounds while shooting 40.6-percent (52-128) from the field. He also notched 2.0 assists per game and 1.1 steals per game. Jones connected on 35.0-percent (21-60) of his three-point field goal attempts while making over 76-percent of his free throws (16-21).
 
As an economics major, Jones boasts a 3.739 cumulative grade point average and has made the Dean's List every semester. He has also been named to two conference All-Academic Teams.
