St. Mary's College Women's Soccer Blanks Rosemont

St. Mary's City, MD. - The St. Mary's College of Maryland Women's Soccer Team (14-1-3) hosted the Rosemont Ravens (6-9) for United East Conference Tilt. The Seahawks defeated the Ravens 6-0.

How it Happened

  • The Seahawks captured the lead in the fifth minute off of a Makayla Marvray goal. Gracie Tourangeau picked up the assist. 

  • Morgan Kresslein captured her first goal of the season just three minutes later to double the Seahawk lead at 2-0. 

  • Alyssa McLane scored the third Seahawk goal of the first half in the 34th minute. Gracie Duch contributed the assist as S. Mary's took that lead into halftime. 

  • St, Mary's out shot Rosemont 14-0 in the first half. 

  • Gracie Duch added two second half goals to pair with her first half assist. Duch struck in the 76th and 77th minute. Lillee Covington and Felicia Fishburne assisted the two goals. 

  • The Seahawks capitalized on a Rosemont own goal in the 82nd minute. 

  • St. Mary's out shot Rosemont 30-0 over the course of the game as the Seahawks claimed a 6-0 victory.
