St. Mary's held a 12-9 lead after the first quarter of play. Baskets by Olivia Liszt, Saffiyah Gibson, and Tramarie Mobray in the middle of the quarter propelled the Seahawks to their three point advantage.

Points continued to come at a premium into the second quarter. The Lions got the better of the Seahawks in the frame, out scoring them 11-10. Keira Mason dropped in a team high four points in the quarter and Sam Blaylock chipped in a three pointer as well. St. Mary's led Bryn Athyn 22-20 going into the half.

Bryn Athyn took their first lead since the early moments of the first quarter and grew their advantage to six midway through the third. An Olivia Liszt three pointer curbed the Lion run and got the Seahawks right back within striking distance. Two free throws from Tramarie Mobray and Keira Mason tied the game back up and a Ji-Young Hartman last second free throw gave St. Mary's back a one point lead going into the final 10 minutes of play.

St. Mary's grew their lead to six mid way through the final quarter thanks to a layup from Olivia Liszt, two free throws from Keira Mason, and a clutch three pointer from Ji-Young Hartman. Bryn Athyn cut the Seahawk lead to just one possession under a minute left, but Oliva Liszt connected on a huge three pointer to grow their lead back up to two possessions. Keira Mason and Marley Saunders made their free throws down the stretch as St. Mary's went on to win 54-46.
