Jared Eaker is back for his fifth season on the St. Mary's baseball coaching staff in 2020-21.

The Mechanicsville, Md., native played three seasons for the St. Mary's Seahawks at first base after transferring in from the College of Southern Maryland. Eaker was a solid hitter for the Seahawks who picked up Capital Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week honors as a sophomore. He notched a career batting average of .320 with 110 hits, 56 RBI, 22 doubles, five triples, and one home run. Eaker scored 52 runs in 96 games played as a three-year starter and finished his career with a .986 fielding percentage as well.

He graduated St. Mary's in 2015 with a degree in economics.
