Immaculata, PA-- The St. Mary's College of Maryland Women's Basketball Team (6-5) traveled to Immaculata University (8-3) for a road non-conference matchup. The Seahawks fell to the Mighty Macs, 81-75.

The Seahawks trailed the Mighty Macs by six after the opening 10 minutes of play. Coming off of a career game, Tramarie Mobray chipped in seven of the Seahawks' 16 first quarter points to keep them within striking distance.

St. Mary's started the second quarter fast, knotting the game up at 27 with six minutes left in the half. The Seahawks eventually were able to capture their first lead of the game after a Sam Blaylock three pointer gave them a 32-30 advantage. The St. Mary's lead grew to six following an additional three pointer from Blaylock and a Halimah Hajhassan triple. The Mighty Macs fought back and reclaimed their lead down the stretch of the first half. Immaculata took a 45-40 lead into the break.Â

The opening minutes of the third quarter were back and forth with a couple lead changes between the two squads. Immaculata eventually took control and grew their lead to 11 midway through the quarter. Seven straight Sam Blaylock points over the closing three minutes of the quarter got the Seahawks back in the game as they trailed the Mighty Macs by five going into the final five minutes.Â

The Seahawks once again tied the game, this time midway through the quarter after a Ji-Young Hartman three pointer. Unfortunately for the Seahawks, they could never quite gain full control of the game. Immaculate re-extended their lead to eight and St. Mary's had to play catch up the rest of the quarter. Time eventually ran out on the Seahawks, as they fell to the Mighty Macs 81-75
