St. Mary's City, MD – The St. Mary's College of Maryland Women's Tennis Team (8-4) began the United East Volt Division Tournament with a Semifinal matchup with the Lancaster Bible College Chargers. The Seahawks took home a 5-0 victory. 

How It Happened:

Doubles

• Amber Manspeaker and Cleopatra Solomon came out on top in the number one singles contest, 8-3.

• Ellie Walter and Giselle Harris competed in the number two doubles match, winning 8-6.

• Lauren Loveoy and Emily Shioutakan picked up a victory by forfeit in the number three doubles match. 

Singles 

• Cleopatra Solomon earned a 6-1, 6-1 victory in the number one singles contest.

• Lauren Lovejoy won by default for St. Mary's in the number six singles spot to ice the match for the Seahawks.
