Baltimore, Md. – St. Mary's College of Maryland women's soccer extended its unbeaten conference run with a dominant 7–1 victory over Notre Dame (Md.) on Tuesday afternoon at Alumnae Field. The Seahawks exploded for seven first-half goals to secure their fourth straight United East win and improve to 7–4–2 overall, 4–0–0 in conference play.
Megan Rusk led the way with two goals, while Brooke Hall recorded a goal and two assists to pace a relentless St. Mary's attack that fired 42 shots—21 on target—against the Gators. Makayla Marvray, Maddison Spradlin, Allie Petryszak, and Mia McKenzie each added a goal, with assists coming from Felicia Fishburne, Booke Hall, Lila Doyle, and Ella Raines.
The Seahawks dominated possession from the opening whistle, netting four goals in the first 16 minutes. Marvray's early strike highlighted a commanding offensive display, while goalkeepers Kyleigh Bland and Breanna Brown combined for two saves on five Notre Dame shots. Alex Busick scored the lone goal for the Gators in the 66th minute.
St. Mary's held advantages of 42–5 in shots, 14–2 in saves, and 3–0 in corner kicks, maintaining full control throughout.
The Seahawks now turn their attention to Lancaster Bible College, traveling to face the Chargers in a key conference matchup this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Lancaster, Pa.
