HUNTINGDON, Pa. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland men's lacrosse team bounced back from their season-opening loss with a dominant non-conference victory Saturday afternoon (Feb. 15). St. Mary's College (1-1) jumped out to a 7-0 lead and never looked back in downing Juniata College (0-1), 14-3.
How It Happened
- Seven different Seahawks found the back of the net for a 7-0 advantage with 7:06 remaining in the first half. Liam Walsh put Juniata on the scoreboard 21 seconds later and the Eagles went into halftime with a 7-1 deficit.
- SMCM reeled off five straight to claim a 12-1 lead with 5:40 left in the third quarter. Walsh then assisted on Juniata's second goal 55 seconds later.
- St. Mary's College closed out the game with a 2-1 push for its first win of 2025.

- Walsh paced the Eagles with two goals and an assist while Ryan Madison made 21 stops through the first three quarters.
