Edwardsville, PA-- The St. Mary's College of Maryland Baseball Team (13-15) made the trip to Pennsylvania for the United East Conference Final Four. The Seahawks took on Penn State Harrisburg (32-9-1) in game one and fell 11-2.Â

The Seahawks were able to get runners in scoring position over the first several innings, but could not get them across home plate.Â

The best chance for St. Mary's to answer came in the top of the sixth inning with runners at second and third with one out. Unfortunately for the Seahawks, Ian Walters got caught stealing home and Corey Brown struck out to end the inning.Â

The Seahawks put on their rally caps in the top of the ninth inning, scoring on back to back at bats thanks to Layne Lesko and Eli Shafer RBI's. The rally ended there for the Seahawks, as they fell 11-2.Â
