St. Mary's City, Md. - The Arcadia University men's tennis team stopped St. Mary's College of Maryland's win streak at three with a 6-3 non-conference win Sunday afternoon.

The freshmen tandem of Robbie Bourdon (Huntingtown, Md./Huntingtown) and Thomas Hoesman (Ellicott City, Md./Howard) picked up the lone doubles point with an 8-2 win over freshman Max Amiel (New Providence, N.J.) and sophomore Guanying Liu (Beijing, China) at No. 3 doubles.  The duo is now 5-0 on the season, including one win at No. 2 doubles.

Senior captain Jeremy Butanis (Fallston, Md./Fallston) claimed a 6-2, 6-2 victory at No. 1 singles, while junior Drew Barnes (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial) tallied his second consecutive singles win with a 6-2, 6-3 win over junior Zach Millford (Newark, Del.) at No. 6.

St. Mary's will return to action this Saturday with two matches in Pennsylvania.  The Seahawks will start the day with an 11 o'clock match at Lincoln University before taking on Gwynedd-Mercy College at 2:30.
