Chestertown, Md. – Washington (Md.) College posted a 9-0 non-conference victory over the St. Mary's College of Maryland men's tennis team Tuesday afternoon.

In singles action, junior Jeff Levy (Rockville, Md./T.S. Wootton) was able to take two games from junior Andrew Laux (Mt. Sinai, N.Y./Mt. Sinai) in an 8-2 loss at No. 4 singles.

The duo of senior Sam Barton (Edgewater, Md./Key) and sophomore Thomas Hoesman (Ellicott City, Md./Howard) claimed two games in an 8-2 loss to Laux and senior captain Timothy Parks (Geneva, Switzerland/College du Leman) at No. 1 doubles.

St. Mary's will be back in action tomorrow as the Seahawks travel to Washington, D.C. to take on Division II University of the District of Columbia in non-conference action at 3:30 pm.
