St. Mary's City, MD - The St. Mary's College of Maryland Women's Outdoor Track and Field Team traveled to West Chester, Pennsylvania to compete in the Bill Butler Invitational. The team placed 20th overall out of 20 teams.

Chay'la Rivers finished 24th overall in the Women's 100 Meter Dash with a time of 13.40.

Brittney Douglas placed 23rd overall for the Seahawks in the Women's 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:04.05.

Brittney Douglas earned 11th place in the Women's 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:26.15.

The quartet of Chay'la Rivers, Savannah Owens, Tray Mobray, and Alana Thompson set a new school record for the Women's 4 X 100 Meter Relay with a time of 53.56.

Alana Thompson placed 23rd in the Women's Long Jump with a distance of 4.40.

Chay'la Rivers broke the school record in the Women's Triple Jump with a distance of 9.60 meters. This earned her 11th place overall.
