Box Score Middletown, Pa. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's tennis team traveled to Middletown, Pennsylvania, to take on the Lions of Penn State Harrisburg for a United East Conference match. The Seahawks took down the Lions, 6-3.

Diana Levit was defeated in the number one singles spot, falling 6-3 and 6-4.

Hannah Gorel also fell short in the number two singles spot. The first set was won 6-3 by the Lions. Gorel fought hard in the second set but fell 7-6 after a tiebreaker.

The Seahawks picked up the pace during the number three singles match. Amber Manspeaker won in two sets: 7-5 and 6-3.

Sydney Anderson continued the winning streak in the number four singles spot. Sydney won the first set 6-4 and the second 7-5.

Giselle Harris took the number five singles spot in stride, winning the first set 6-3 and the second 6-2.

Georgia Kline fought hard in the number six singles spot. She won the first set 6-3 but lost the second 6-4. However, she came back and won the third and final set 10-4.
Up Next for the Seahawks
The Seahawks will be back in action on Saturday, April 22 for a United East Conference match-up against Penn State Abington. The Seahawks will travel to Abington, Pennsylvania to compete with the Nittany Lions at 1:00 pm.
