How It Happened:
Doubles

• Max Esztergomi (Bethesda, Md./ Walt Whitman) and Jacob Nelson (Olney, Md./ Sherwood) competed in the No. 1 spot for the Seahawks. Esztergomi and Nelson fell 6-4.
• Michael Shively (Potomac, Md./ Walt Whitman) and Andrew Hand (Huntingtown, Md./ Huntingtown) dropped their match in the No. 2 spot, 6-2.
• The Seahawks No.3 double tandem featured Alex Lyman (Annapolis, Md./ Annapolis) and Devon Gorel (Jessup, Md./ Hammond). Lyman and Gorel fell in their match, 6-4.

Singles 

• Max Esztergomi (Bethesda, Md./ Walt Whitman) lost in two sets in the No. 1 singles match, at 6-1, 6-2. 
• Jacob Nelson (Olney, Md./ Sherwood) competed in the No. 2 match, winning after a thrilling tie break.  Losing the first set 6-4.  Winning the second set 6-4.  After a back and forth winning the tie break 7-5.
• Michael Shively (Potomac, Md./ Walt Whitman) came up short in the No. 3 match, falling 6-1 and 6-2.
• Andrew Hand (Huntingtown, Md./ Huntingtown) competed in the No. 4 match, dropping both sets 6-4, 6-1.
• Devon Gorel (Jessup, Md./ Hammond) lost both sets 6-2 in the No. 5 match. 
• Alex Lyman concluded the singles matches for the Seahawks in the No. 6 spot. Lyman dropped two sets, losing 6-2, 6-3.
