Box Score Baltimore, Md. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's tennis team traveled to Baltimore for a matchup with the Goucher College Gophers. The Seahawks would fall by a final score of 6-1. 
 
How It Happened:
Doubles

• Cleopatra Solomon (Waldorf, Md./ North Point) and Sarah Levit competed in the No. 1 spot for the Seahawks. Solomon and Levit fell 7-6 after a tiebreak at 6 for 7-5.
• Lauren Lovejoy (Newburg, Md./ La Plata) and Zoe Wilson dropped their match in the No. 2 spot, 6-4.
• The Seahawks No.3 double tandem featured Stella Manns and Blessing Samuel (Glen Burnie, Md./ Old Mill Senior). Manns and Samuel fell in their match, 6-1.
• Levit, Wilson, and Manns all appeared in their first Seahawk debut.

Singles 

• Cleopatra Solomon (Waldorf, Md./ North Point) won in two sets in the No. 1 singles match, winning both sets 6-2. 
• Sarah Levit competed in the No. 2 match, dropping the match, 6-3, 6-2. 
• Lauren Lovejoy (Newburg, Md./ La Plata) fell in the No. 3 singles match, 6-0, 6-2.
• Zoe Wilson came up short in the No. 4 match, falling 6-0 and 6-2.
• Stella Manns lost both sets 6-0 in the No. 5 match. 
• Blessing Samuel (Glen Burnie, Md./ Old Mill Senior) concluded the singles matches for the Seahawks in the No. 6 spot. Samuel dropped two sets, losing 6-0 for both.
