LATHAM, N.Y. – The United East Conference office released the 2025-26 All-United East Conference Women's Basketball Teams Wednesday morning (Mar. 4), and the St. Mary's College of Maryland women's basketball team landed four on the all-conference teams.

Additionally, second-year Head Coach LaTanya Collins repeated as the United East Coach of the Year while junior Olivia Liszt (Baltimore, Md./Mercy) was voted the conference Player of the Year.

Liszt and sophomore Keira Mason (Brandywine, Md./Gwynn Park) both garnered First Team All-United East honors while senior Tramarie Mobray (Glen Burnie, Md./Glen Burnie) earned a spot on the Second Team and sophomore Saffiyah Gibson (Fort Washington, Md./Central) was named to the Third Team.

This is Collins' second career Coach of the Year award and the third for the Seahawks women's basketball program as Britt (Kenney) Kemp was named the United East Coach of the Year in 2022-23.

Collins guided SMCM to the program's third-ever conference (and second straight) regular-season championship title. The program also claimed its third tournament championship title and first since 1998-99 when St. Mary's College captured its second consecutive Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) crown.

The Seahawks will be making the program's third appearance in the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship Tournament this weekend, facing Washington & Lee University on Friday, March 6, at 8 pm in First Round action down in Lexington, Va.

Liszt becomes just the second Seahawk women's basketball player to garner Player of the Year honors as Karon Williams '23 was named the United East Player of the Year in 2022-23. Liszt earned United East Rookie of the Year honors in 2023-24.

Liszt is making her second appearance on the First Team after earning a spot as a first-year in 2023-24. She ranks second in the United East with a .477-field goal percentage while tying for seventh with 1.7 three-pointers per game. The 5-10 guard/forward sits eighth with 14.5 points per game while tying for 14th with 2.1 steals per game.

The 2023-24 United East Rookie of the Year, Liszt scored in double-digits in 21 games, including a career-best 30 points at Penn State Abington (Jan. 10). She tallied over 20 points four times. Liszt was named the United East Defensive Player of the Week on Feb. 9.

Mason is repeating as a First Team selection. The 6-0 forward currently ranks fifth in the league with a .695-free throw percentage while tying for eighth with 0.9 blocks per game. She sits 11th with 13.1 points per game while taking 14th with 7.9 rebounds per game.

Mason, who was named United East Defensive Player of the Week on Jan. 5, recorded 10 double-doubles this season. She scored in double figures 20 times while pulling down double-digit rebounds 11 times. Mason notched career-bests of 31 points and 17 rebounds at Guilford College.

Mobray is picking up her first-ever all-conference award in basketball. The 5-5 guard ranks seventh in the conference with a 1.1 assist/turnover ratio and 2.5 steals per game while sitting 10th with 3.5 assists per game. She put up double-digit points in 14 games, including a season-high 21 points against Mount St. Joseph College (Dec. 19), while collecting a career-best seven steals against Cedar Crest College in the United East semifinals (Feb. 25). Mobray also dished a season-high eight assists against Keystone College (Jan. 31).

Gibson is also notching her first career all-star honor in basketball. The 5-1 point guard contributed 7.0 points per game, 1.8 steals per game, 1.5 rebounds per game, and 1.4 assists per game in coming off the bench in all 28 games.

The Seahawks enter Friday's NCAA First Round game with a 23-5 overall record, matching the program record of 23 wins in 1999-2000 when SMCM posted a 23-4 log and fell 73-54 to Salisbury University in the CAC Tournament championship game.
