The Seahawks rolled from the opening tip-off as St. Mary's commanded a double-digit margin from 4:21-minute mark in the first half and the entire second period, boasting a 36-22 halftime advantage.  York's only lead of the game came in the first minute as junior guard Kevin Whaley's (Dover, Pa./Dover) jumper put the Spartans up 3-2 at 18:58.
