York, Pa. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's tennis team (6-7, 2-3 CAC) dropped a Capital Athletic Conference match at York College of Pennsylvania (6-5, 2-3 CAC), 7-2, on Sunday afternoon.

Doubles
- Team captains Melissa Barall (Columbia, Md./Wilde Lake) and Marissa Romanek (Sunderland, Md./Huntingtown) would fight hard but drop a heartbreaking 9-8 (4) decision at No. 1 doubles.
- Junior Savannah Bergen (Leonardtown, Md./Leonardtown) and first-year Claire Bodine (Smithsburg, Md./Smithsburg) took four games in their No. 3 matchup but fell 8-4.
Singles
- Bodine picked up her second straight win as she would defeat McKenzie Krout at No. 3 singles in a tight match, 6-7 (4), 7-6 (0), 11-9.
- Junior Raziela Manangan (Baltimore, Md./Institute of Notre Dame) would post her third win in a row, topping Darian Naill, 6-4, 7-5 at No. 4 singles.
