FREDERICKBURG, Va. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's tennis team had their first match since returning from spring break when they played Southern Virginia on Friday (Mar. 22) night.
St. Mary's - 0, Southern Virginia – 9
Doubles –
- Claire Bodine and Alden Grosh put up another strong fight against the Knights top pairing in Rachel Needleman and Elizabeth Fachs but would drop their match with a score of 8-4.
Singles –
- Bodine, Grosh and Hallie Hershey all combined to take eleven points from their opponents but all fell in their singles matches.
