Glassboro, N.J. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland men's outdoor track and field team travelled to Glassboro, N.J. to take on the Oscar Moore Invitational hosted by Rowan University. The Seahawks competed against both Division I, II, and III teams and unattached track clubs.
How It Happened:
- Nicholas Haylock raced in the 110-meter Hurdles prelims, earning an outdoor debut with a time of 16.60 in 9th place.
- Moses McRae competed for the men's 200m dash with a time of 23.71.
- The 400-meter saw Moses McRae finish in a time of 53.21.
- Nicholas Haylock earned an outdoor debut in the 400m Hurdles, finishing in 10th in 1:01.18.
- Four Seahawks raced in the 800m. Jake Robey led the way in 2:06.82. Earning outdoor debuts were Blake Carberry and Henry Wilcox in 2:10.18 and 2:19.87 respectively.
- RJ Etzler earned an outdoor debut in the men's 1500m in a time of 4:51.01. Nate Norris followed just behind in 4:52.58.
- The Javelin Throw by Zack Kralec saw a throw of 43.28m for a 12th place finish. Luke Schwenk had an outdoor debut with a throw of 29.42.
- The men's 4x100-meter relay squad of Collin Fitzgerald, Moses McRae, Mason Layne, and Jaedon Aso finished in a time of 46.63 for a 4th place finish.
