LATHAM, N.Y. – Quinnten Hatfield '25 (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) garnered the United East Conference Senior Scholar-Athlete Award for Men's Lacrosse as announced by the league office Thursday morning (June 5). This award recognizes a senior who truly represents the student-athlete model by performing in competition, in the classroom and around the community.
"What an incredible honor it is to have had this young man be a part of my life, our program, and our institution the last four years. His impact within our locker room has been so special and unique. As a captain, he was asked to mentor so many young men, and he did so with ease as he continued to put forth the work he needed to accomplish something like this. He is quite a remarkable young man, and I am so grateful to have had him here every day for the last four years shaping our culture and demanding the standard of greatness we believe in," 10-year Head Coach
Jason Childs said.
