LATHAM, N.Y. – The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's tennis team cleaned up when the 2025 All-United East Conference Women's Teams were announced Tuesday afternoon (May 6), winning all three major awards and having the entire starting lineup earn all-conference honors.

Third-year Head Coach Sona Brymer racked up her third straight United East Women's Tennis Coach of the Year award after guiding St. Mary's College to the No. 1 seed in the United East Tournament for the third time in four years. The Seahawks notched a perfect 8-0 conference record for their third undefeated league season since joining the United East for the 2021-22 academic year, owning a 22-1 four-year log.

This is the fourth Coach of the Year award garnered in the history of the Seahawks women's tennis program as Greg Shedd won the award in 2022.

Sophomore Cleo Solomon (Waldorf, Md./North Point) picked up United East Player of the Year honors, becoming the second Seahawk to do so in women's tennis as Diana Levit '25 gained both Player and Rookie of the Year accolades as a first-year in 2022.

Following in her sister's footsteps, first-year Sarah Levit (Rockville, Md./Richard Montgomery) was voted the United East Rookie of the Year. Levit is the fourth to earn Rookie of the Year honors as Katie Long '04 (2001) and Melissa Barall '18 (2015) both grabbed Capital Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year honors and D. Levit was the United East Rookie of the Year in 2022.

On the singles side, Solomon, seniors Amber Manspeaker (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) and Giselle Harris (Easton, Md./Easton) landed on the First Team while S. Levit, sophomore Lauren Lovejoy (Newburg, Md./La Plata), and first-year Zoe Wilson (Clarksburg, Md./Academy of the Holy Cross) each earned a spot on the Second Team.

In doubles play, the tandem of Manspeaker and Solomon earned First Team honors while the duo of Harris and S. Levit garnered a Second Team award. Lovejoy and Manns teamed up for Third Team accolades.
